Shocking crashes in the final kilometres of Wednesday's stages in the Tour de Pologne in Rzeszów and Vuelta a Burgos in Vi🌠lladiego have highlighted the ineffectiveness of the UCI safety r♈ules and guidelines for the courses of major races.
